Screen Properties
For the best page display, your display properties should be set to a minimum of 1024 X 768 screen resolution.
To change these settings on your PC do the following:
Right-click on any open space on the Windows desktop.
Select "Properties" from the pop-up window.
Select "Settings" from the navigation tabs at the top of the
window.
Change the Screen Area size to 1024 x 768.
Click "OK".

Scripting
You MUST enable scripting
in your internet browser in order for our web site to display correctly. To enable scripting in Internet Explorer 6.0+ the
following steps need to be performed:
Select "Tools" from the menu bar and click on "Internet Options".
Click the Security tab, and then click Custom Level.
Scroll down under "Miscellaneous" and change "Navigate sub-frames across different domains" to "Enable".
Scroll down under "Scripting" and change "Active Scripting" to "Enable".
Click "OK" and then "YES"on the warning screen.
Click refresh on your browser button bar and you are ready to go.
Refreshing Screen
Allow META REFRESH must be enabled to allow screens to be displayed. To enable META REFRESH:
Select "Tools" from the menu bar and click on "Internet Options".
Click the "Security" tab, and then click the "Custom Level" button.
Scroll down under "Miscellaneous" and change "Allow META REFRESH" to "Enable".
Click "OK" and then "YES"on the warning screen.
Click "OK" to close "Internet Options" display.
Click refresh on your browser button bar and you are ready to go.
Downloads
If you are having trouble downloading any of the information, check to see that your internet options are set to allow downloads.
Select "Tools" from the menu bar and click on "Internet Options".
Click the "Security" tab, and then click "Custom Level".
Find the "Download" setting and click on "File download Enable"
Click "OK" and then "YES"on the warning.
Click "OK" to close the "Internet Optins"display
Printing
When printing a screen you will obtain the best results if you position your
mouse over the lower section of the screen and right click on your mouse to
select the print button. This will give you a print screen without the frame
heading at the top.
